Reservoir walk

Went out walking with George This afternoon. The sun was hot but there was a slight cooling breeze at times. Margaret felt the heat somewhat. It was a lovely walk of about 4.5 miles. We had a beer with George at the hotel pool-side bar before he went home. Stayed at our hotel 4 supper. Reasonable steak and salad with a glass of red, desert and coffee. John Chawner, the walk organiser, called in to see us at the hotel. Walk proper starts tomorrow.
